My name is Nicholas Reina and I’d like to give you a brief introduction of my culinary career.
The mantra “there is no emotion without connection”, represents my attitude not only in the kitchen, but in general life.
I have been fortunate to work in many kitchens across the globe and I am very curious and interested to learn new kinds of culture & cuisine.
I also strive to improve my knowledge and I have the ambition to continuously improve my skills - of course with a big part of me remaining tied to tradition.
